- To coordinate, plan, expedite on daily truck booking for loading & unloading to & from customers, suppliers, inter-company, special request include the urgent request.
- Daily system update on truck confirmation and truck number registration in system and release for loading.
- Manage multiple tasks and ensure that everything runs smoothly, includes coordinating shipments, managing customer return, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- To follow up with external providers on ad hoc cases and reported on additional cost incur to related party for consent to proceed.
- Analyze data with root cause and prompt actions and escalation when needed.

- Handle trucks arrangement for return goods & return pallets collection.
- POD review and follow up with transporter and settle on issue with transporter.

- Requires Diploma or equivalent with a focus in Transportation & Logistic Management, Logistic and Supply Chain Management/General Management.
- Requires minimum 2 years of Logistic Planning/Warehouse experience.
- Preferable who has knowledge of import and export.
- Good in interpersonal and communication skills.
