Position Overview:
As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to key HR functions while developing skills and knowledge in HR practices and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and company platforms.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interviewers.
- Support onboarding processes, including preparation of welcome kits and orientation materials.
- HR Documentation and Records
- Maintain accurate employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Assist in drafting employment letters, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Employee Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Collect and analyze feedback from employee surveys to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in creating content for internal communication platforms.
- HR Operations Support
- Aid in processing payroll-related documentation and leave management.
- Assist in updating and managing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Learning and Development
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
- Assist in identifying learning needs and compiling resources for employee development.
- Track employee training progress and prepare reports for review.
- Compliance and Policies
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Participate in updating HR compliance checklists and audit preparations.
- General Administration
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the HR team.
- Provide support in office administration related to HR functions.
Key Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
