1. Legal – Reviewing & Drafting

  • Review and prepare legal documents for commercial and corporate transactions involving Hanan Group of Companies (HGC).
  • Advise and provide support for legal issues related to the business and operational function of HGC.
  • Liaise with the internal stakeholders within the Group to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws related to the business of HGC.
  • Provide support to the Head of Department (HOD) and other members of the legal department on all legal matters.
  • Liaise with all levels of staff for any legal queries, advice, or issues.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel for any legal queries (as and when required).

2. Others

  • Liaise with external Intellectual Property agent for Intellectual Property matters of HGC.
  • Provide advice to HR to ensure the Company complies with the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, the employee’s contract of employment, and the Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper record keeping of all legal contracts, letters, and statutory records of HGC.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by HOD or Management from time to time.

3. Compliance and Other

  • Understanding and implementing current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) under Act 737 2012, ISO certifications and other relevant practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with Environment, Safety & Health (ESH) procedures in line with statutory laws and regulations.
  • Understanding and implementing the Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) policy in ensuring all processes align with company and standard requirements.
  • To undertake any other duties as directed by the Immediate Supervisor and Management as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
