Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and ERP systems (e.g., Infor M3, SAP, Oracle).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Sound understanding of procurement policies, contracts, and compliance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, think creatively, and adapt to changing circumstances.

- Problem-solving and resilience in managing internal and external challenges.
Responsibilities
- Comply, support and follows all company policies and procedures and all statutory requirements within area of responsibility and ensure taking care of own health, safety and environment at all time.
- Aware & comply on all GMP, Food Safety & Quality requirements at all time within MSMJ premise.
- Maintain full understanding of Group Procurement Policies (GPP), Limit of Authorities (LOA), procedure and governance.
- Accountable to drive the procurement compliance process in ensuring that all stakeholders adhere to the procurement policies and procedures for transparency purposes.
- Prepare contracting strategies including tender, negotiation and award and the post award contract management and continuous improvements against the deals.
- Responsible for managing and monitoring Management Tender Committee (MTC) meetings and document preparation.
- To lead the tender preparation and procurement operations updates for management reporting on periodically basis and when required.
- Processing the Purchase Requisition and Procurement Form to Purchase Order and expediting according to the governance.
- Conduct vendor evaluation, selection and monitor vendor performance. Update and review the vendors in regard to provision of their services and performance.
- Ability to interface effectively with Site Procurement (SP) / Group Procurement (GP) and business people across a wide variety of backgrounds and levels, both at the plant and with others MSM entity.
- Manage relationships with key third party providers so as to meet business challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
- Responsible on procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement cost.
- To perform any other legitimate and valid duties and responsibilities as and when necessary.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
