We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, and hardworking Outdoor Sales Representative to promote and sell GP Films' high-quality Paint Protection Film (PPF) products within the B2B market. The ideal candidate will be aggressive, disciplined, and have a proven track record of success in sales. As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be expected to actively generate new business, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Sales: Actively prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities with commercial clients, including automotive dealerships, workshops, and other businesses in need of PPF solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of GP Films’ PPF products and services to effectively demonstrate and position them to potential clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through aggressive and strategic sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows or industry events.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports. Provide regular updates to management regarding sales progress and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outdoor sales or B2B sales, preferably in the automotive or related industries.
  • Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Aggressive sales approach with a results-driven attitude.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • High level of discipline, organization, and time management.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving goals and objectives.
  • Honesty and integrity in all business dealings.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned region.
