Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & Execute Sales & Marketing Strategies: Focus on custom corporate shirt orders through online and offline channels.
• Generate Leads & Build Relationships: Identify new clients, make prospecting calls, and follow up regularly to maximize sales potential.
• Manage Marketing Campaigns: Host TikTok Live sessions and create engaging video content. Be the face of Creeper Creative on TikTok!
• Analyze Sales Data: Identify improvement opportunities through customer feedback and data insights.
• Collaborate with the Team: Maintain an attractive brand image and work closely with operations and marketing to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Passionate in Sales & Marketing: You have a deep interest in the world of sales and marketing.
• Camera-Ready: Confident appearing on camera and excited about creating TikTok content.
• Creative & Energetic: Full of ideas and enthusiasm, with a love for interacting with people.
• Professional Appearance: You present yourself confidently and professionally.
• Sales/Marketing Experience: IT's a plus, but not a must – we're happy to train the right person!
