JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Review and process warranty claims submitted by the service team.
  • Verify coverage based on manufacturer policies and warranty terms.
  • Submit claims to the manufacturer and follow up on approvals or rejections.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, including parts, labor, and related documentation.
  • Prepare reports on claim status, trends, and approvals for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements for warranty documentation.
  • Assist customers with warranty inquiries, providing clear explanations of coverage and processes.
  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to resolve warranty-related issues.
  • Liaise with manufacturers or distributors to address claim discrepancies or special requests.
  • Review repair orders and invoices to ensure correct coding and compliance with warranty terms.
  • Monitor recurring issues and provide feedback to the service team for improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in warranty administration, automotive services, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with warranty processes and manufacturer systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
