JOB DESCRIPTION
- Review and process warranty claims submitted by the service team.
- Verify coverage based on manufacturer policies and warranty terms.
- Submit claims to the manufacturer and follow up on approvals or rejections.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, including parts, labor, and related documentation.
- Prepare reports on claim status, trends, and approvals for management review.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements for warranty documentation.
- Assist customers with warranty inquiries, providing clear explanations of coverage and processes.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to resolve warranty-related issues.
- Liaise with manufacturers or distributors to address claim discrepancies or special requests.
- Review repair orders and invoices to ensure correct coding and compliance with warranty terms.
- Monitor recurring issues and provide feedback to the service team for improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in warranty administration, automotive services, or a related role.
- Familiarity with warranty processes and manufacturer systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software.
