About us:
Proton Cahaya Automotif 3S Segambut, an authorized neighbourhood friendly proton car dealership, founded by Cahaya Automotif Sdn Bhd (Member of Yap Brothers Group). Yap Brothers Group was incorporated back in 1988 and founded by Datuk Yap Kim Soon. We offer extensive range of services (Sales, Services, and Spare Parts) for all of our customers. Proton Cahaya, also known as largest Proton 3S Showroom at Segambut and is full operated to serve customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer transactions at the cashier counter.
• Provide customer service, assisting with purchases, payments, and product inquiries.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and give change as required.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
• Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure the cashier area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or retail experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge of automotive products or services is a plus.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
