Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Executive's key responsibility is to efficiently and effectively provide financial and operational support to the business and all major accounts.
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
70%
- Assisting on preparing month-end closing report, Weekly Sales Report and other reporting schedule
- Managing daily accounting transactions accurately, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment vouchers, payment collection, general ledger and reconciliation
- Managing wholesales customer’s sales reconciliation
- Maintaining accurate accounting entries for monthly, quarterly and annual management and statutory reporting, including yearly audit and tax
- Assist with weekly and month end closing activities, e.g. director’s statements, bank reconciliation, ageing reports, accruals etc
- Checking and liaise with vendors regard the billings, credit note, confirm the expenses are charged correctly (eg shipping fees, supplies etc.)
- Prepare invoices, cash flow statements and general expenditure documentation
- Liaise with External Auditor, Tax Agent, Company Secretary

- Managing Market Place invoices, credit note, shipping fees and Profit & Loss statement.
- Offline sales events and offline store payments collection reconciliation
- Managing refund on Shopify (upon approval)
- Staff claims checking and preparation

- Petty cash documentation and monitoring of internal controls
- Prepare small bank note / petty cash for offline stores, offline sales event and team’s work travels
- Any ad hoc task allocated, for instance, offline sales event / special event etc. and any finance & admin related matters
- Office administration, repair & maintenance
Qualifications Needed -
- Previous work experience of below 2 years in fashion, stock management or office administration is a bonus for this position, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree – eg finance. accounting etc
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) and email management
- Strong verbal & written communication skills (English)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
