How do i turn this on?
Find tutorial for your browser below :
  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

As a Teammate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and/or outbound calls.
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to inquiries via email and live chat support channels.
  • Filtering content on the client’s website.
  • Performing data and research functions.
  • Offering support using basic troubleshooting techniques.
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues.
  • Routing calls to the appropriate resource when necessary.
  • Documenting all customer interactions in compliance with standard operating procedures.

Job Role: Food Delivery Service Sales - Teammate Sales (4 months Contractual)

Work Schedule:

  • Day shift only (9hrs from 10am -10pm)
  • 5 days per week (off day not guaranteed weekend)
  • 8 working hour+1 hour lunch break per day

Language: Mandarin

Job Location: Damansara Utama, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Education: SPM or above

Eligibility: Freshers and experience both can apply, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

  • 5 days working
  • 1 month salary equivalent of bonus will be given (if completes all 4 months contract period)
