Monitor and ensure that the microbiological aspects of the in-process and finished product conforms to the quality specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Involve in Complaint management- assist in complaint handling, liaise with stakeholder in complaint investigation (from case receiving to final report for replying to consumer and customer)
- Pest control implementation in brewery and work closely with external services provider.
- Assist in conducting GMP training (internal
- Participate in periodic hygiene audit (BH and Packaging)
- Participate in warehouse audit (internal and third-party warehouse)
- Trigger improvement plan related to complaint management.
- Drive excellence execution with HOD in QA department operation.
- Any additional task assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Science/ Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/Food Technology
- 1-2 year working experience in quality assurance preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic knowledge in GMP, pest control, ISO 9001, HACCP, etc.
- Must have basic computer skills in MS Word, power point and Excel.
- Must be honest, co-operative, positive attitude, good communication skill, team player, independent.
- Must demonstrate quality in work i.e. accurate, thorough and effective.
- Willing to travel to warehouses, outlets (if required).
