Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR & Administration Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both human resources and administrative functions. The role will involve assisting in policy and procedure improvement, as well as supporting daily HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is a multitasker with strong organizational skills, fast thinking, confidence, and a flair for creative and critical problem-solving.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Contribute to policy and procedure improvement projects.
- Maintain and update HR records and documentation.
Administration
- Assist in organizing and managing office files, records, and systems.
- Assist in coordinating events for staff
- Provide administrative support
- Ensure timely and efficient communication within the organization.
Other Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members on projects and ad hoc tasks.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance HR and administrative workflows.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM800.00 per month
