Job Description
Responsibility
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operational related task.
- Support E-Invoicing submission from billing solution and finally to Inland Revenue Board via SQL system
- Assist in performing reconciliation & accounting schedules
- Help with accounts receivable, payable, and bank statement reconciliation
- Collaborate with the finance team on E-Invoice Implementation
- Assist with data entry
- Assist in Month End Reporting
- Other ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned by the management
Qualifications
Requirements
- A student or a graduate of the following fields : Finance, Economics, Accounting or related
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 6 month(s).
