· To assist Administration Executive and Manager, Administration on clerical duties and stationery request.
· To prepare purchase order, checking delivery and prepare payment voucher.
· To assist in motor vehicle and machinery road tax and insurance renewal.
· To assist the Executive, Administration when she is on leave.
· Data entry and filing in the Administration division.
· To relieve the receptionist as and when required.
· Attend to all reception front desk duties including telephony, typing, filing, photocopying and faxing.
· To assist in administration and assignment of despatch clerks.
· To attend to all matters relating to furniture, fittings and office renovation as required.
· Receiving customers, guests and attending to enquiries from staff / suppliers / customers / consultants / sub-contractors.
· To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
