JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Reporting to the head of sales secretary.
  • To assist and perform the administrative functions of the sales department & purchasing.
  • To assist the sales secretary with daily clerical & administrative and assigned work.
  • To assist with quotations, costing & purchasing and related correspondence and work.
  • To assist with processing of claims by sales team.
  • To manage and maintain databases and accurate documents filling for organized & easy access and retrieval.
  • To organize and handle all fax matters & all fax matters & all correspondences including price list & quotations and so forth.
  • To carry out all administrative works relating to sales department at all times.
  • Any other duties as assigned to you from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma Cert
  • Required language (s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
