TIKTOK HOST LEADER- WANGSA MAJU

The TikTok Live Host Leader is responsible for overseeing live streaming operations and ensuring the team meets performance KPIs. This role involves planning and executing content strategies, training hosts to enhance their engagement skills, and analyzing audience interaction to optimize performance. The leader will manage schedules and promotional activities to boost visibility during live sessions. Collaboration with marketing and technical teams is essential for ensuring seamless execution. Additionally, the role requires expertise in budget planning and understanding return on investment (ROI) to maximize the impact of live streaming initiatives. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for live content are key to success in this position.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Leadership and Strategy:

• Provide strong leadership and foster a creative, high-performance culture within the live host team.

2) Schedule Management:

• Create and manage live session schedules, optimizing timing for audience engagement.

3) Live Streaming Oversight:

• Oversee all aspects of live streaming operations, ensuring adherence to performance KPIs.4)

4) Promotional Activities:

• Develop promotional strategies to boost visibility and attract viewers to live sessions.

5) Campaign Strategy Planning

• Developing engaging activities and content for live sessions.

6) Content Strategy Development:

• Plan and implement engaging content strategies tailored for TikTok’s audience, keeping current trends in mind.

7) Training and Development:

• Train and mentor live hosts to enhance their presentation and engagement skills.

8) Audience Analysis:

• Analyze audience engagement metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

9) Performance Analysis: Conducting regular monitoring and analysis of Live Host performance.

10) Data Entry and Reporting: Collecting daily data and preparing monthly reports on live performance.

11) Budget Planning:

• Develop and manage budgets for live streaming initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

12) ROI Assessment:

• Monitor and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of live streaming activities, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

13) Conducting R&D: Researching competitors and current trends to improve live content.

14) Collaborating with Other Teams:

• Work closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of live content and promotional efforts.

15) Professional Appearance:

• Maintain a polished and professional appearance that aligns with the brand’s image, enhancing viewer engagement and credibility.

16) Able to work independently with minimal supervision

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

Experience in Social Media Marketing & Technical: Familiarity with TikTok live streaming tools and techniques.

Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and manage a team of live hosts.

Training Experience: Skills in coaching and developing team members.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,448.56 per month
