1. Preparation of Desserts:

• Assist in preparing, assembling, and garnishing desserts according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure all ingredients for desserts are prepped, measured, and ready for service.

2. Serving Desserts:

• Help serve desserts to customers in a timely and appealing manner.
• Ensure the presentation of desserts is in line with the restaurant’s standards.

3. Inventory Management:

• Assist in managing and organizing dessert supplies and ingredients.
• Monitor stock levels and alert management when inventory needs to be replenished.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dessert preparation area.
• Clean equipment, utensils, and tools used in dessert preparation.

5. Customer Interaction:

• Offer suggestions or answer customer inquiries about the dessert menu.
• Assist customers in making selections when needed.

6. Collaboration with Kitchen Staff:

• Work closely with chefs or kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate orders and ensure timely delivery of desserts.

7. Ensuring Food Safety Standards:

• Follow proper food handling procedures, ensuring hygiene and safety.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in all aspects of dessert preparation and service.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduation and non-experience are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
