E-COMMERCE KEY ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE [Location: Elmina, Shah Alam]

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage company portfolio on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee and Lazada including product upload, product updates, delisting, returns management, stock accuracy, and shop content creation & updates.
• Manage online store operations and analyse brand store performance.
• Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales conversion.
• Managing daily operations of marketplace channels.
• Ensuring attractive deals, pricing, promos are setup accurately on the platforms.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the e-commerce team to ensure smooth operations, ensuring efficient order processing, packaging, and timely delivery to customers.
• Assist in creating marketing and operational plans.
• Contribute to e-commerce business development, strategizing and handling all sales and marketing-related activities for online platforms.
• Draft engaging product descriptions aligned with brand guidelines.
• Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure all client needs are met
• Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field preferred
• Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in Ecommerce, Sales, Marketing, Business development, or similar fields of work. Fresh graduates with a high desire to succeed and strong work ethics are encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer skills, and experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on good Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Independent with minimum supervision
• Great communication skills
• Open for Malaysian only

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
