Job Description:
- Responsible for overall coordination of administrative functions in the firm
- Preparation of invoices, receipts, tracking of payments and updating accounting software in coordination with the firm’s accounting requirements
- Liasing with group accounting team, company secretary, auditors, tax agent and service providers in administrative matters
- Renewal of Firm’s and Director’s annual practising licenses, business premises license, Ministry of Finance license and other operating licenses
- Renewal of Professional Indemnity Insurance & other insurance policies in force
- Updating company profile, staff profiles, manage client database and liaise with corporate clients
- Manage online vendor registration and tender processes
- Maintain administrative records, referencing, filing and job tracking systems
- Assist Directors and senior management team in preparation of minutes of meetings, documents, presentation material and other administrative functions
Requirements:
- Degree or other professional qualifications in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, Valuation, Property Management, Real Estate Management or any related fields
- Fresh graduates and individuals with work experience are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills and command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good writing, social media and IT skills (MS Office applications)
- Organised, analytical and with an eye for detail in all aspects of administration
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
