We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager who can foster strong client relationships, anticipate project needs, and drive success with a proactive, forward-thinking approach.

Position Summary

The Project Manager will play a critical role in managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of sales acumen, project management expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.

Planning and Execution

• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Allocate resources and manage budgets
• Track progress and resolve bottlenecks.

Team Coordination

• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Facilitate collaboration and ensure communication across teams.
• Conduct regular team check-ins and reviews.

Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor risks throughout the project and take corrective actions as needed.

Financial Management:

• Track project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Approve invoices and manage payment schedules.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Post-Project Support:

• Oversee system handover to clients, including training and documentation.
• Address any warranty or maintenance concerns.

Client Relationship Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor risks throughout the project and take corrective actions as needed.

Sales Focus

• Building Relationships
• Upselling and Cross-Selling
• Client Proposals and Negotiations
• Market Intelligence

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in project management. Involvement is sales and account management are an advantage.
• Attention to Detail: A knack for managing projects with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication Skills: Great verbal and written skills to negotiate and share ideas effectively.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with project management tools. Familiarity with system integration, IP networks, and software configuration.
• Strong knowledge of security systems such as CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, access control hardware, and software solutions is a bonus.
• Problem Solver: A quick thinker who can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications: PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Business acumen and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
