  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Join us in this role where you’ll ensure that global business stakeholders and senior management can easily access relevant high-quality data via PowerBI Dashboards in a consistent manner. You’ll contribute to development and maintenance of PowerBI Dashboards for our procurement colleagues. The data domain mostly encompasses supplier-related data as well as commercial contract data

You’ll play an important role in:

  • Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards that effectively translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Optimizing data models and performance within Power BI by refining queries and ensuring efficient data refresh schedules for analytics and reporting.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and governance by implementing role-based security, row-level security, and adhering to data governance standards across reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborating with data engineers, data analysts and business analysts to map data flows and integrate diverse data sources for seamless reporting.
  • Maintaining and evolving the dashboard ecosystem, ensuring reports are up-to-date, easily accessible, and enable self-service capabilities for non-technical users.
  • Troubleshooting and investigating issues related to data quality, performance, or visualizations, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of dashboards.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • Total 6 years of experience in IT industry
  • have solid 4+ years of experience in Power BI, including Power BI Desktop, Service, and Mobile, with hands-on experience in Power Query and Power Pivot for advanced data modelling and transformation.
  • have worked hands-on and proficient in DAX, with the ability to create complex calculations and measures tailored to business needs
  • demonstrate a solid understanding of Power BI Service, including managing workspaces, configuring gateways, and scheduling data refreshes for seamless report sharing and collaboration
  • Experience in data modelling, SQL for data extraction, and familiarity with ETL processes for optimal data integration would be considered added advantages
  • Are excited by the prospect to collaborate with a global and diverse workforce

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
