Assistant Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage the process of accounting, financing and taxation.
• Control the operation in line with company policy.
• Manage the day-to-day financial matters of the mill/site – AP and AR.
• Ensure proper controls on the cash flow management of the Mill/site.
• Coordinate with the related financial institutes and government agencies.
• Coordinate updates of the corporate information with Comp Secretary.
• Ensure all accounting and financial reports are well prepared and submitted to government agencies as required by law.
• Coordinate and work with other regional finance team and responsible to the Finance Director & other Directors.
• Provide necessary advice and suggestion for all finance employees when required.
• Coordinate with Auditor for yearly financial audit requirements.
• Work with the operational teams on the annual budget and quarterly forecasts of the site/farm.
• Communicate with the group management team on the sales margin analysis by individual product groups on monthly basis.
• Other related tasks as appointed by the management.

Requirement :

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting or similar.
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in English
• Proficient in MS-Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Proficient in accounting applications (i.e. UBS, AccPAC, SunSystem, etc) as well as reporting applications like Hyperion, HFM, etc.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the accounting system establishment in an industrial / manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
