- Responsible for the day-to-day operational matters of the accounts department, timely and accurate accounting data entries into the Company’s accounting software
- General ledger reconciliations and report of month-end closing to top management always accomplishing with deadlines.
- Create monthly closing journal entries including accruals, financial statement preparation and distribution.
- Perform complex general accounting functions including preparation of journal entries, account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist bookkeeper with monthly financial close responsibilities, including reconciliation of various general ledger accounts, payroll and non-payroll relate.
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, account receivable, account payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting and revenue recognition
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- To assist in yearly company financial audit
- Candidate must have at least Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or higher
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Full set of Account
