How you will contribute
You will:
Replenish and deployment of finished goods to minimum stock boundary for all DCs in specific SEA market.
Consolidate reporting product Supply for SEA Plant sourcing.
Close monitoring on finished goods freshness through weekly reporting and tracking.
Review and calculate SKUs boundary norm using the COE boundary calculation template and update agreed SKUs boundary norms in SAP & APO.
Prepare weekly replenishment / deployment / DIFC report for all domestic and export DC and provide update on finished goods with supply risk.
Organize and co-chair the weekly D & OP Meeting with PPIC manager / production planner.
Manage DCS orders and shipment as per the “Managing DCS Export Work Instruction”.
Weekly creation of the Stock Transfer Order based on the production plan aligned during the weekly D&OP meeting. Confirm STR in APO and convert to STO for all destination locations. Follow up on IBR updates where necessary with the relevant finance team when STRs cannot be converted to STOs.
Monitor daily/weekly production and volume compliances to understand and highlight supply risk if any from production compliance misses. Request for recovery where necessary.
Represent SP in the project meeting for related category. Assist to ensure that production plan for NPD / promo are scheduled to meet the pipelining quantity and there is no supply disruption during the product launch.
Update the daily / weekly Out of stock reason.
Drive overall continuous improvement and productivity activities in the department.
What you will bring

Experience in FMCG/CPG environment, preferably food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint.
Experience in an IBP/S&OP environment.
Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the plan.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills – and able to understand and interpret data.
Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis.
