  • Troubleshooting: Help players resolve technical issues, including installation problems and bugs.
  • Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure that players receive timely follow-ups on their inquiries or reported issues.
  • Support During Downtime: Provide assistance and information during server outages or technical issues.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues professionally.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
