- Troubleshooting: Help players resolve technical issues, including installation problems and bugs.
- Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments.
- Follow-Up: Ensure that players receive timely follow-ups on their inquiries or reported issues.
- Support During Downtime: Provide assistance and information during server outages or technical issues.
- Troubleshooting: Help players resolve technical issues, including installation problems and bugs.
- The primary level is acceptable or with a related field.(training will be provided.)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- No experience needed as training provided
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues professionally.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working hour : 1pm-10pm
