Job Descriptions: -
Budget plan:
• Responsible for achieving company’s annual targets by increasing revenue.
• Follow up with customers to achieve sales as per budget plan.
• Study & Understand the Budget plan allocated to the team, work toward achieving the budget plan and target that set forth.
Sales & Marketing Activities:
• Analyze market data and competitor information to develop comprehensive business strategies and action plans.
• Stay updated on industry developments, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact our business.
• Obtain latest product / line-up information & demos from Engineering team.
• Obtain customer / market information in region of responsibility.
• Map customers to product roadmap of Company’s Strategy.
• Introduce company’s latest technologies to relevant customers.
• Identify best strategy / business model for each customer / product.
• Coordinate efforts with biz partners to realise business (based on business model).
• Negotiate pricing with Customers to maintain profitability as set forth.
• Plan buffer stock based on customer needs and company’s components supply.
• Follow up and ensure payment as per customer credit ratings.
Sales and Marketing Report:
• Project / Sales Analysis Report / Sales Trips Report or any adhoc report.
• Help and Coordinate with Market research activities based on supervisor instructions.
• Provide marketing report on market / product / country specific.
Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international partners and clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements: -
• Minimum of 5 years and above experience in sales.
• Willing to travel.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, team player, achiever, highly Independent.
• Knowledge of telecommunication sales, business development, marketing, and channel sales skills.
• Bilingual language ability.
