- Assist to handle all accounting, clerical, and administrative functions of the Finance and Admin Department
- Keeping a thorough record of business transactions and entering data from daily work logs into the company's general ledger
- Handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents, and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions for the cross-company
- Manage sales and cash reconciliation in ensuring bookkeeping is up to date day to day.
- Assist with the preparation of cheque/online payment for rental/utilities and other disbursements
- Assist with account receivable/payable-related functions
- Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labeled, and kept for future reference
