QA SUPERVISOR

1. Leading and managing the quality assurance team to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards. 2. Developing and implementing quality control plans, procedures, and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the quality system. 3. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure continuous improvement of the quality system. 4. Supervising and training quality assurance personnel to ensure that they are properly trained and qualified to perform their job duties. 5. Coordinating and collaborating with other departments such as production, engineering, and customer service to ensure that quality issues are addressed promptly and effectively. 6. Providing technical guidance and support to other departments regarding quality matters. 7. Participating in the development of new products or processes to ensure that they meet quality requirements. 8. Managing and maintaining the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment. Qualifications:- 1. Education: Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC • Computer knowledge Specialized knowledge: Microsoft application such as words, excel, power point & etc. • Skills: Strong personality, self-motivated, independent, good communication skills and able to lead a team.
