• Receive the issued relevant quality documents, inspection tools, samples, etc., confirm the consistency with actual implementation, output non-conforming items, and follow up on the improvement and closure of non-conforming items. • Be familiar with the requirements for the use of relevant measuring instruments and inspection tools, as well as the methods for handling unqualified products, and operate them skillfully. • Responsible for the first inspection and final inspection of process operations to prevent batch problems in the process. • Responsible for inspection of the production process, regular inspection and confirmation of materials, tooling and fixtures, and machine parameters used in the entire production process. • Responsible for random inspection of production products, re-confirmation, marking and statistics of defective products in the process, and keeping records.
