FACTORY OUTLET IN-CHARGE

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Overseeing Daily Operations: • Supervise daily operations, ensuring the outlet functions smoothly and efficiently • Monitor order accuracy, preparation speed, and overall customer experience 2. Inventory Management: • Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages or excess inventory • Coordinate with the purchasing, warehouse or cold-room for timely restocking • Ensure efficient use of resources to minimize waste and control costs 3. Equipment and Facility Maintenance: • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all equipment and the facility itself • Schedule routine inspections and repairs of machinery, freezers, and display units 4. Staff Supervision and Training: • Recruit & train staff to operate the outlet effectively & efficiently • Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage under different circumstances • Conduct ongoing training sessions to improve skills and maintain service quality 5. Sales and Marketing: • Implement promotional campaigns to boost sales • Build relationships with customers & suppliers to maximize sales & supply efficiency 6. Customer Service: • Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and effectively • Ensure the outlet provides a clean, welcoming, and positive customer experience 7. Food Quality and Safety: • Enforce strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards • Conduct routine checks on food preparation, storage, and kitchen cleanliness 8. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction 9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics. 10. Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
