• Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone • Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customer’s frustrations and solve customer’s problem • Identify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve customer’s problem • Diagnosing system errors and other issues • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues • Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods • Running reports to analyse common complaints and problems • At least 6 month working experience in the related field. • Good communication skills of English & BM • Able to work in 24/7 hours rotation shifts (include Public Holidays & Weekend) • Ability to work independently with little supervision. • This position will require shift work to includes nights, weekends and holidays (24x7x365) • Able to start work immediately.
