Are you an experienced Cybersecurity Post-Sales Engineer & IT Support Specialist looking for a fully remote opportunity? Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Troubleshooting: - Act as the primary technical point of contact for cybersecurity product support, including Thales 2FA, HSMs, IAM, network monitoring tools, and firewalls. - Diagnose and resolve technical challenges efficiently, ensuring system optimization for clients. - Deliver exceptional post-sales support while maintaining customer satisfaction. Product Deployment & Integration: - Assist in deploying, configuring, and integrating cybersecurity products into client systems. - Perform technical evaluations to ensure secure, efficient system functionality. - Partner with engineering teams to customize solutions that meet client needs. Training & Knowledge Sharing: - Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to ensure effective client use of products. - Develop and deliver training materials, FAQs, and implementation guides. Collaboration & Travel: - Collaborate with internal sales and R&D teams to meet client expectations. - Travel to Singapore periodically for key projects, workshops, or training sessions. What We’re Looking For Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience: - 3–5 years of experience in post-sales engineering, IT support, or cybersecurity roles. - Practical exposure to Thales products or similar cybersecurity tools is advantageous. Technical Skills: - Strong IT fundamentals, including networking, system administration, and cybersecurity. - Proficiency in Thales 2FA, IAM, HSMs, firewalls, and network monitoring software. - Solid knowledge of encryption, authentication, and identity management principles. Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. - Effective written and verbal English communication skills. - Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain focus under pressure. Additional Requirements: - Must reside in Malaysia with a stable internet connection. - Availability for occasional travel to Singapore (expenses covered). Why Join Us?
