The role will focus on optimizing campaigns, utilizing promotional tools, and enhancing buyer and seller incentives to drive incremental sales and profitability. Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Ads Specialist to develop and implement effective advertising strategies on eCommerce platforms like Lazada. The role will focus on optimizing campaigns, utilizing promotional tools, and enhancing buyer and seller incentives to drive incremental sales and profitability. Responsibilities: • Campaign Management: o Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Lazada Marketing Solutions and similar platforms. o Leverage promotional strategies, tools, and data analytics to maximize ad performance. o Ensure campaigns align with sales objectives and target audiences. • Optimization & Analysis: o Continuously monitor and optimize ads to improve activation, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI). o Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations. • Promotional Strategies: o Develop and implement effective strategies to incentivize buyers (e.g., user promotions, discounts) and sellers (e.g., promotional tools, ads) to engage on the platform. o Stay updated on platform features and tools to enhance promotional effectiveness. • Collaboration & Communication: o Work closely with internal teams and sellers to create impactful promotional campaigns. Provide insights and guidance to sellers to help them optimize their marketplace presence and sales. Requirements: Must have: • Proven experience in managing marketplace ads (e.g., Lazada Marketing Solutions, Shopee Ads, etc.). • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and their promotional tools. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Results-oriented with a focus on driving sales and profitability. Location: •WFO basis. •Internal, Client meeting and etc will require RTO (exact location TBC).
