Remuneration Package: RM3,000 to RM7,000 (Basic + Commission) Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer preferably with knowledge and technical experience in the industry of mechanical or electrical to join our team. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in driving sales growth, building client relationships, and promoting our calibration services to potential clients within the industry. Key Responsibilities: Mechanical or Engineering Knowledge and Experience: -Utilize industry knowledge and expertise in calibration services to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market. -Develop understanding of clients' calibration needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions that meet their specific challenges. Client Relationship Management: -Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers within the calibration industry. -Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert advice and guidance on calibration solutions and services. -Anticipate clients' needs and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Sales Strategy and Execution: -Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth. -Identify sales opportunities and effectively communicate the value proposition of Premier Calibration's services to potential clients. -Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining competitive pricing strategies. Market Analysis and Reporting: -Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. -Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance metrics, sales activities, and achievements. Qualifications and Skills: -Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Mechanical or related field. -Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the mechanical or electrical industry, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. -Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed. -Basic understanding of calibration processes, equipment, and industry standards is a bonus.
