Business Development and Partnerships - Research and identify potential clients, partners, markets, and industries that align with the company's offerings. - Collaborate with the marketing and advertising agencies for developing and executing strategic campaigns for maximizing engagement across all platforms. - Collaborate with the Strategy and Operations team to develop strategies to reach value and partnership targets. Output includes creation of sales and sponsorship plans, establishing pricing strategies/ rate cards and co-producing marketing collaterals. - Collaborate with Strategy and Operations to establish integrated and promotional campaigns, which include collaborations with external parties. - Primary contact person for new partnership proposals and conduct meetings when necessary. - Develop, prepare and present proposals to potential clients, and engage in negotiation to secure business deals. - Work towards market expansion and penetration by identifying opportunities for growth, strategic partnerships, alternative distribution channels or entering new market verticals. - Key person in managing the media agency on advertising business opportunities. - Establish strategic partnerships and engage stakeholders to drive company initiatives. - Conduct research, due diligence and needs assessment for potential partners, organizations, vendors and relevant authorities. - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. - Contribute in Standard Operating Procedure development and implementation across all departments. Business and Account Management - Ensuring all set revenue targets are met successfully across all multi-channels in making the company profitable and successful. - Manage business pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities and deals through various stages of the sales process. - Monitor business performance against targets and generate reports for management and client review. - Update the management in accordance to revenue growth, progress and issues. - Supporting space rental operations and resource allocation (manpower and/or equipment) for space rental. - Liaison between your brand clients and the radio program producers and hosts. - Handles client accounts at commercial radio stations and works to develop new accounts. - Search the advertising or sponsorship opportunities for radio programming and ensure that the brands are a good fit with the listeners or the style of different shows. - Facilitate marketing synergy and develop publicity events and on-air promotions. Others - Participates in the establishment, organization, and implementation of short and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates program effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement. - Assigns and allocates work in continuous company operations, training, scheduling, retention, problem resolution, and performance management amongst the multi-channel delivery. - Coordinates departmental workshops, special projects, and events; may serve on unit committees and task forces.
