Document Control Responsibilities
  • Facilitate process owners in:

    • Developing, revising, reviewing, and formatting documents and records to ensure adequacy, relevance, and currency as per Document Control Requirements.
  • Coordinate and lead, when necessary, the physical production and distribution of documents and records:

    • Track and maintain record-keeping for documents being distributed, requested, or disposed of.
  • Facilitate and lead updates to documents:

    • Ensure revisions are properly captured and identified.
  • Oversee the storage of controlled manuals:

    • Maintain the DCC library.
  • Maintain and control:

    • The Master Directory and Station Master List for all relevant entities.
    • Liaise with Document Control Executives of other AOCs for updates and changes.
  • Facilitate, execute, and implement Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments:

    • Address Management of Change when internal processes are subject to modifications.
  • Understand, propose, and implement digital automation for internal processes:

    • Ensure proficiency in dashboard creation, data analysis, and process flow mapping.
  • Perform any other tasks necessary:

    • Ensure Document Control processes are implemented effectively.
Operations Quality Assurance (OQA) Responsibilities
  • Manage the OQA information dashboard.

  • Plan, prepare, and manage the OQA Annual Audit Program:

    • Update and monitor audit schedules and the audit database.
    • Communicate changes to the Audit Program with stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute audits related to ground operations at hubs and stations:

    • Perform audits as outlined in the OQA Yearly Audit Program.
  • Act as the OQA main representative for assigned audits:

    • Relay audit results to Auditees.
    • Escalate issues to relevant parties until audit closure.
  • Lead and facilitate:

    • Preparation and completion of all assigned audit records and reports.
    • On-site audit performance and results, guiding the OQA Audit Team in reaching conclusions.
  • Review:

    • Outcomes of root cause analysis and risk assessments performed by Auditees.
    • Effectiveness of implemented action plans.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports):

    • Mitigate identified risks.
    • Organize follow-up audits as needed.
  • Organize and facilitate the OQA Audit Team during audits:

    • Act as a point of reference for resolving conflicts or issues between parties.
    • Manage resources and audit expenses to stay within the approved budget.


Criteria

  • Proficient with Microsoft word and Excel
  • Aviation background is preferred
  • Able to maintain High Level of confidentiality
  • Expertise in managing and maintaining aviation records with compliance to industry standards.
  • Certified training in auditing practices with a focus on quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools for actionable insights and strategic decision-making.
