Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions and the completion of required paperwork.
  • Support employee relations initiatives by assisting with investigations, documenting complaints, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, such as offer letters, employment verifications, and disciplinary notices.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing support to managers as needed.
  • Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling sessions and tracking employee participation.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and maintaining supplies.
  • In addition, they maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies, and plan travel arrangements.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Advanced Skills in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Internet & MS Team.
  • Works independently, deadline-focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and pro-actively.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to work with: Managers, executives, colleagues, departments, and clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and/or confidential information.
  • Ability to react with appropriate level of urgency to situations and events that require quick response.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced in the HR Management System.
  • Providing Executive support to all level in a large publicly held organization is preferable.

Education:

  • High School/Certificate/Diploma/Degree or any other relevant certificate that may be considered in lieu of a Diploma/Degree.
