Internship in Accounting (Jan 2025 - June 2025)

Job Scope:

Filling:

• Organizing and filing Tax Invoices, Statements, Purchase Orders, Fixed Assets, and Delivery Orders.

Data Entry:

• Processing Purchase Invoices in the Account Payable System monthly.
• Verifying Goods Received Notes (GRN) and issuing Notes in Excel format.
• Checking material prices in Goods Received Notes.
• Reviewing sales invoices in Account Receivable.
• Handling Payment Vouchers, Petty Cash Vouchers, and Account Receivable

Reporting & Payments:

• Preparing the "Penyata Bahan Mentah" report for Customs.
• Preparing cheques for creditors.
• Emailing suppliers to inform them when payments are ready.

Job Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

• Candidate must be currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any Finance or Accounting course.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL systems is an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).

Desirable Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, especially with senior team members.
• Collaboration skills and the ability to manage data effectively.

Additional Information:-

• Duration: Minimum 6 months (January 2025 – June 2025).

• Must be willing to work on-site in Sungai Bakap, Penang.
