ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Tasks and duties

  • Handle account AR, AP, bank account and cash recon.
  • Handle monthly stock take.
  • Knowledge to match the invoice given from Chery Malaysia.
  • Handling correspondence with clients and vendors for transaction details.
  • Ensuring the timely completion of financial statements for fiscal closings
  • Familiar with account system such as Autocount or other.
  • Must be Good In Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in Account Aftersales -SPAREPART or Automotive field is an advantage.

Schedule:

  • Day shift ( 8.30am-6.00pm )
  • Monday - Friday

Education:

  • Graduate with a diploma / bachelor degree in accounting / finance / commerce or another related field.

Experience:

  • at least 1 YEAR experience.
  • Salary : RM 2300 - RM 3000 (base on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
