ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
Tasks and duties
- Handle account AR, AP, bank account and cash recon.
- Handle monthly stock take.
- Knowledge to match the invoice given from Chery Malaysia.
- Handling correspondence with clients and vendors for transaction details.
- Ensuring the timely completion of financial statements for fiscal closings
- Familiar with account system such as Autocount or other.
- Must be Good In Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in Account Aftersales -SPAREPART or Automotive field is an advantage.
Schedule:
- Day shift ( 8.30am-6.00pm )
- Monday - Friday
Education:
- Graduate with a diploma / bachelor degree in accounting / finance / commerce or another related field.
Experience:
- at least 1 YEAR experience.
- Salary : RM 2300 - RM 3000 (base on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
