Sales Representative @ Puchong (Fin Tech)

Requirements

• Strong sales skills with a focus on direct selling and customer relationship management.

• Passion for trading and financial services is a plus.

Responsibility

• Product Sales: Sell our trading robots through direct sales efforts, both online and in person. Collaborate with Business Development Manager to deeply understand the product and convey its benefits to potential clients.
• Customer Follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products, gather testimonials, and encourage referrals.
• Documentation & Reporting: Document each sales process meticulously, including customer interactions, sales outcomes, and follow-up actions. Track improvements and report on performance statistics.
• Customer Training: Provide customers with training on suing the trading robots and understanding the Forex and gold market.
• Client Retention: Work to ensure high customer retention by addressing any concerns and providing excellent after-sales support.
