Main Duties:
1.Good customer service experience in the beauty industry - beauty salon / clinic
2.Provide accurate scalp analysis and treatment for customers (Hands On)
3.Educate and promote hair treatment and information to customers
4.Maintain and build good customer relationships
5.Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
1. Possess minimum SPM with experience related
2. Minimum with Diploma in any field or equivalent with 1 year of relevant working experience / without experiences are welcome to apply
3. Familiar with beauty salon operations
4. Good communication skill
5. Highly independent
6. Work passionately in customer service
7. Able to speak and write in languages English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
