Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Account Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support in the accounting and finance department by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth processing of accounts. Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry tasks, including recording transactions and maintaining financial records.
- Assist in preparing invoices, processing payments, and monitoring accounts payable/receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and spreadsheets for accounting purposes.
- Handle employee expense claims and ensure timely reimbursements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the accounting team.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with SQL accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
