Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update student records in the system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in processing student transfers, progression, and enrollments.
  • Prepare and issue official documents, including offer letters, transcripts, certificates, and other requested paperwork.
  • Provide assistance with the student admission process, including handling inquiries, verifying application documents, and supporting the issuance of student IDs.
  • Manage various student-related administrative tasks, including following up on outstanding documents, processing requests, and assisting with audits.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work environment and provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors.
  • Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree holder in such as business administration or any related field
  • Candidates with relevant working experience in the education industry are preferred, especially those with experience in administration or working with young adults.
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using student management systems or similar software.
