Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Overview

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and implementing effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing within the manufacturing sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibility:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product offerings.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Experience in ERP is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
