Working in World No.1 Furniture Store Brand - Ashley Furniture HomeStore at Gurney Paragon Mall, Penang
- Salary RM3,000 - RM8,000 and above
The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the overall presentation of the showroom. Key responsibilities include:
Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales goals.
Reason for Recruitment:
The need for this position has arisen due to the upcoming projects and anticipated growth within our store. A skilled Store Manager is essential for providing leadership, improving team performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A results-driven attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with inventory management and sales reporting.
- Managing inventory, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Conducting training and development for staff to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
