Responsible for general admin duties with related duties.

-Perform dedicated customer service.

-Prepare monthly billings & send to owners

-Handle all general administrative work

-Assist in handling complaints from residents.

-Send reminders to defaulters & follow-up calls.

-Receive daily payments & issuance of official receipts

-Receive, update & keep proper records of all payments and deposits collected.

-Attending calls & email inquiry.

-Proper filing and documentation

Requirement

  • Qualification: SPM / STPM / Diploma.
  • Min 2 years experiences in administration/customer service/property management
  • Based in Kepong KL

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
