Responsibilities:
1) To assist EHS Officer to ensure compliance of Safety, Health and Environment at workplace
2) Conducting regular safety inspection and risk assessment to identify and mitigate potential hazards
3) Investigate and reporting any near misses, incident and accidents that occur in workplace
4) Assist in supervising and monitoring work carried out by subcontractors according to the Safety and Health requirements of factory
5) Update all the safety ,health & environment checklist
6) Assist in safety and health in developing and maintaining any procedures on safety, health and environment at workplace
7) Implement programs that support safety, health & environment
8) Follow up with all EMS & Safety and Health Monitoring such as NRA, CHRA, Audiometric & etc.
9) To assist SHO on MyKKP applications for JKKP 6, JKKP7,JKKP 8 and P.M.A/P.M.T/P.M.D renewal/application.
10) To ensure that all reporting related to ESH daily, weekly or monthly is updated and submitted or as when require by immediate superior.
11) Implementation, monitoring and administration of environmental (E-SWiS & MyPremis) and practices to meet legal requirements, client’s specifications and company policies.
Requirements:
1) At least 1-2 years’ experience as a EHS in a similar role
2) Through knowledge in Occupational Safety and Health Officer and Environmental (EMS: ISO 14001)
3) Proactive & good interpersonal skills
4) Computer literate and able to communicate in English.
5) Good attitude, positive minded, self-starter, self-motivated person, independent and good team worker.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
