Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversee the development, alignment, implementation, and maintenance of the compensation programs, including organizational design, market benchmarking, salary structures and developing salary budgets, to analyse and improve the internal equity and competitive market position
· Review and ensure all C&B programs, policies and practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements, providing recommendations as new regulations are enacted.
· Monitor, evaluate, implement and administer the benefits programs to ensure programs are in line with trends, practices and costs
· Plan & managing the C&B projects for the organization, including performance management, salary review, incentive programs and other HR projects to support business needs.
· To provide analytical support in salary benchmarking and pay structure review to determine company’s competitive position.
· Evaluate existing benefits offerings and make recommendations for enhancements or changes to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
· Develop and recommend salary structures, pay grades, and incentive plans based on market research and internal equity considerations.
· Conduct regular analyses of compensation trends, market data, and industry benchmarks to ensure the organization's compensation strategy remains competitive and equitable.
· Champion for Company’s Culture Program.
· Plan & Conducting the Employee Satisfaction Survey and championing the Employee Engagement Activities.
· Implement engagement and cultural initiatives.
· Propose new structures, program frameworks, and many others for onboarding betterment.
Qualifications:
· Have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
· Have at least 7 years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits, Culture, Engagement, and Onboarding.
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends to inform decision-making
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
· Must have experience working in a structured Total Rewards Framework
· Able to work independently.
