Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Client Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions using Boutir’s platform and services.
Sales Support:
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase Boutir’s value.
Market Research & Insights:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
- Share insights with the team to refine strategies and improve product offerings.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, progress, and pipeline status.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Share client feedback to contribute to product enhancements and marketing campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (e-commerce experience is a plus).
- Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client engagement.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Work Details:
- Work Hours: 8 hours a day
- Days: Mon-Fri
- Location: Primarily Remote. (We might invite you to our KL Bangsar South Office for team bonding)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
