Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Sponsorship Manager to join our team to drive revenue growth by securing sponsors for our series of events, including HR and IT Security conferences and connect sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sponsorship Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy aligned with the company's revenue goals.
  • Identify target industries and organizations that align with the themes and audiences of our events.

2. Sponsor Acquisition

  • Research and build a pipeline of prospective sponsors for HR and IT Security events.
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with potential sponsors through outreach, calls, meetings, and presentations.
  • Craft customized sponsorship proposals that align with potential sponsors’ goals and brand positioning.

3. Sponsor Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring their needs are met before, during, and after the events.
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements, contracts, and deliverables.
  • Provide exceptional service to sponsors to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

4. Collaboration and Execution

  • Work closely with the events team to ensure sponsor requirements are seamlessly integrated into event planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote sponsors through event materials, campaigns, and on-site branding.
  • Monitor the delivery of sponsorship benefits and create post-event reports showcasing ROI for sponsors.

5. Market Analysis and Reporting

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive sponsorship landscapes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sponsorship pipeline, revenue, and market feedback.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sponsorship sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of B2B events, particularly in HR and IT Security sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations tailored to diverse industries.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
